Objective

You will be able to identify your own professional development and you will be able to critically evaluate your skills by setting development goals. You will be able to act in accordance with working life practices in your studies almost like a professional. You know how to take care of your study well-being and understand its significance for the study community as well. You know how to maintain your motivation to study and, if necessary, ask for support during difficult times. You know how to plan your own time and prioritize things so that your studies progress. You know how to give developmental feedback.
