Content
This online course includes a survey of the evolution of the digital media. It provides looks at historical development of audio visual and electronic media as well as their status in today's world. Five assignments are provided on bi-weekly basis. Assignments will introduce media history examples of significance for analysis and research. Assignments will also require some skills of photography and academic writing.

Teaching methods
An online course into media history. Course assignments and independent study. Contact teaching session (kick-off) and a language workshop at the start of the course.
This online course includes a survey of the evolution of the digital media. It provides views at historical development of audiovisual and electronic media as well as their status in today's world.
Four assignments are provided in the Moodle. The assignments will introduce media history examples of significance for analysis and research. Assignments will also require some skills of photography and creative writing.
