Objective

After successfully completing the study unit, you are able to present a company and exhibit its products and services in English at an international trade fair. You perform and interact in a natural and customer-focused way. You are able to recognize cultural features that influence sales and negotiation processes and you can take them into account when choosing your negotiation strategy and appropriate communication style. You can communicate in English in social media channels and can write an interesting blog post. You can provide after sales service and reply tactfully to customer feedback and complaints.

Student workload

Opintojaksolla on 28 tuntia aikataulutettuja tapaamisia kampuksella eli muuta työskentelyä on noin 53 tuntia. Viikottaisten tapaamisten lisäksi opiskelu edellyttää itseopiskelutehtävien tekemistä ja aktiivista osallistumista pari- ja ryhmätöihin.
