Objective

You are able to
• define the key principles of professional interaction in social work and identify forms and levels of interaction in interaction situations at work
• describe the theoretical premises of dialogue, recognise the significance of dialogue in client work and know the principles of dialogical discussion
• explain the basics and objectives of the use of creative and functional methods in social work
• modify the premises for the use of creative and functional methods in guidance work through their own experience

Content

Principles of dialogical interaction, interaction with individuals and groups (levels and forms of interaction), tutoring counselling, creative and functional methods and their use in guidance work in counselling
