Objective
In studies leading to age-friendliness, you will learn to describe ageing as a multidimensional physical, psychological, social and societal phenomenon. You will learn to define what age-friendliness means. You will also learn to examine age-friendliness from different perspectives and identify the factors that influence it.
Content
Age-friendliness means the desire to develop society, communities and operating environments in such a way that older people are also taken into account. In an age-friendly society and community, older people are seen as active actors and influencers.
