Objective

Tämän opintojakson tavoitteena on tukea henkilön työhakua, vahvistaa hänen ammatillista identiteettiään sekä antaa vinkkejä erottumiseen työmarkkinoilla.

Content

Perehdyt henkilöbrändäyksen merkitykseen työllistymisessä. Kartoitat ja sanoitat osaamistasi sekä luot itsellesi erottuvan tyylin eri viestintäkanavissa. Lisäksi ymmärrät verkostojen merkityksen työnhaussa ja kasvatat omaa verkostoasi.

Opintojakso toteutetaan verkko-opintoina. Opintojakso avautuu 23.9. ja samalla opiskelija saa kurssiavaimen sähköpostitse.

Teaching methods

The goal of this course is to support a person's job search, strengthen their professional identity, and give tips on standing out on the job market.
In the course, you learn about the importance of personal branding in employment. You map and describe your skills and create a distinctive style for yourself in different communication channels. In addition, you will understand the importance of networks in job hunting and grow your own network.

In the course, you will familiarize yourself with digital source material and teaching recordings that deal with personal branding and its creation.

Competence is evidenced by completed course assignments. (Branding plan and implement two parts of it in the communication channels of your choice.)
