Teaching methods
The course considers the potential of feedback in management from several different perspectives. Three podcasts have been made for this course of study, with which representatives of working life reflect on feedback in their own work. In addition, the Responsible Teacher of the study course has compiled a lecture recording.
The teaching methods are online discussion and writing a reflective essay.
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
The approved performance of the study course requires that the tasks of the study course have been completed according to the instructions in the given schedule.
