Objective

The objective of this part of practical training is to make you familiar with the future tasks of an engineer, to familiarize you with the stakeholder groups and apply the studied skills in practice. You learn how to work as a member of the work organization independently and with responsibility. You learn the skills and knowledge demanded in your field and use the appropriate working methods in a professional manner. You find new learning goals through practical experience. It is recommended that the practical training and thesis support each other as a whole.

Content

The practical training takes place under supervision (school and workplace supervision). During the practical training, you will become acquainted with the work environment, work tasks, and skills required in the profession of an engineer in your future profession. During the practical training, you will perform more demanding work tasks and activities in the field of Energy and Environmental engineering.

Before training period you participate in the information session organized by supervisor of the training. You seek for training job and make training agreement independently.

During the training period you work actively after instructions given by employer, arrange two development discussions. You also prepare a report and a diary about the training.
