Objective

After having completed the course:
You know the most central strategies of digitalization ja understand what they mean in social and health care and employment services
You can explain the concepts of digitalization ja know what digital support means in customer work.
You can estimate clients digital skills and recognise the factors which affect to skill development.
You can identify the most relevant digital services and environments and can guide and support clients to use them.
You can plan and implement customer oriented counselling situation.
