Objective
- You are able to encounter the older people as vulnerable clients/patients.
- You are able to identify and assess the prerequisites and risks for healthy and functional aging.
- You are able to apply your knowledge of the changes and characteristic of morbidity in ageing.
- You are able to systematically assess the need for immediate care for older people and operate in such situations.
- You are able to respond the needs of older people by planning, implementing and evaluating individual care multi-professionally and in cooperation with the older people and their relatives.
- You are able to implement and evaluate the safe pharmacological treatment for older people.
