Objective
The student is able to combine the theory of the group work with theplanning and implementation of the practical placement.The student is able to plan, implement and avaluate a goal-oriented processline group work.The student is able to take the needs of the goup, development phases, tasks of the group leader and group dynamical phenomena into consideration. The student is able to reflect the own and group actions independently and in the supervised group.
