Objective
You are familiar with the basic competence in therapeutic methods and you are able to examine the most common musculoskeletal problems basing on the researched physiotherapeutical data.You are able to implement the most common musculoskeletal practical physiotherapy client-focused and safely basing on the researched data.You are able to search and make use of scientific data of your own field.You are able to take into account client's resources and circumstances while guiding him/her.
Content
Physiotherapeutic examination of the musculoskeletar system and physiotherapeutic methods. Attention: Methods of non-physical therapy in most of the usual musculoskeletal problems, taking the resources and circumstances of the client shoulder girdle-upper limbback - pelvic basket, pelvic basket - lower limbs, osterarthritis and inflammatory diseases of the joints.Physiotherapeutic examination of orthopedic-traumatological patient and physiotherapy for orthopedic-traumatological problems of the musculoskeletal system.Examination, diagnosis and measuring of the different subdivisions of ICF as well as the treatment in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.Differential diagnosis in physiotherapy for the judgement of the condition and functions of the tissue systems in connection with musculoskeletal problems.Judgement and examination of differents parts of the musculoskeletal system.Physiotherapeutic examination of pain, proprioception, moblity and strength.Drawing the right conclusions from the physioterapeutic diagnosis from the physical functions of the patient / client. On this basis physiotherapy can then be planned and implemented.Training of motor function the bosition of the body and motoricity in the musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Use of the methods of motor learning and guidance as well as person-to-person interaction and dialogue.Intensifying the support features of motion and movability such as muscle power, mobility , aerobic capacity as well as speed and strength training in the musculoskeletal physiotherapy taking the recovery of the tissue system and patophysiological processes into consideration.Basic mobilization of the back, limb-joints and soft tissues and therapy training
