Teaching methods

Objective; To create understanding about how digitalization affects businesses and marketing and what businesses can achieve by digitalization. After this course a student can set goals for marketing and understands importance of data in decision making and measuring of marketing. Student can define customer personas and understands how to choose channels and marketing messages in different phases of the customer journey.
