Objective
This study units provides you with the basic knowledge of recruitment processes. The studies gives opportunities for the personnel of companies to enhance their competence in management and leadership and in implementing a recruitment process. The recruitment process is divided into three parts: pre-, intra- and post-recruitment, as the process is chronologically progressing.

PRE-RECRUITMENT
This section includes the following topics:

• Identification and planning of recruitment needs
• Prioritisation of competence needs
• Internal and external prioritisation
• Choosing between recruiting for a duty or recruiting for a company
• Succession planning
• Recruitment channels

• Advertisements and dynamism

INTRA-RECRUITMENT
This section includes the following topics:
• Reading applications
• Conducting job interviews
• Assessing suitability
• Anonymous recruitment

• You can handle different types of recruitment situations
• You know the different recruitment methods for different types of environments
POST-RECRUITMENT
This section includes the following topics:
• Orientation into work after the recruitment
• Onboarding for productive work

• You master job orientation, job training and guidance
• You are familiar with the rules of probationary periods
