Objective

After having completed this course, you
- can describe the key concepts and the knowledge base in the nursing and rehabilitation care of older people
- can explain the foundation of active and healthy ageing
- can recognize human needs and individual resources in older people
- can define the stages of the nursing and rehabilitation process
- identify nursing and rehabilitation of older people as evidence-based practice
- know how to search for relevant gerontological knowledge from reliable information sources
