Objective

The student is able to - analyse aging as an individual, cultural and social phenomenon - describe the changes of aging and the challenges they bring - know how to support living at home in different ways and maintain the overall condition - know the possibilities of wellbeing technology in supporting the elderly - know elderly care services, legislation and key strategic development goals - can work in a multiprofessional team to support the elderly - have the skills to discuss death and grief - can assess the need for services
