Objective
The student is familiar with the concept of modern quality, quality tools, the basics of quality systems and the latest ERP systems. The student knows the basics of statistical mathematics and is able to utilize them in applications in their field.
Content
Statistical mathematics: key figures, regression, correlation, probability, probability distributions, measurement accuracy, testing.
Quality management: ISO 9000, RYL, RALA, quality concept and quality management and quality development methods. Quality tools, integrated quality systems and their auditing and certification. Benchmarking, Quality Awards, Six Sigma.
