Objective

You learn the different supply chain strategies and the key processes of supply chain management such as supplier relations management, customer relations management, managing inventories and sales, logistics and distribution. You analyse the supply chain in terms of sustainability, customer experience, digitalisation and technical improvement. You perform analytical thinking on improving the process to improve customer value.
