Objective
The purpose of this course is to develop understanding of the theory and practice of leadership. Leadership skills are the tools, behaviors, and capabilities that a person needs in order to be successful at motivating and directing others. You will be given specific tools and tips so that you will be able to apply them immediately. This course is designed to allow you to develop leadership skills through case studies, class discussions and lectures.

With this course, you will understand the importance of leadership in organising, directing and implementing the activities of various organisations, groups and other operations.
