- You know what methods of influence are used in marketing
- You will learn the basics of consumer behaviour
- You will understand how to measure the effectiveness of marketing

1) Meaning and methods of influencing
2) Me as an influencer and the as a target of being influenced
3) Psychology of sales and marketing, consumer behaviour
4) Marketing effectiveness, i.e. how marketing is measured
