Objective

You manage professional interaction with different clients in telecommuting.
You get confidence in online interaction and online client / patient encounter and guidance.
You can use different tools and applications used in teleworking and identify different interaction channels in the client's remote care
You can evaluate the suitability of network control and remote interaction for the patient / customer service process
You recognize the competency requirements and capabilities of a citizen / patient to use remote connections
You will recognize the professional proficiency requirements for online encounters
You know how to comply with data protection and security requirements in various online interaction situations.
