Objective

After completing the course:
- The student is able to chart the current state of diversity management in one's own organisation and to draw up a plan for the development of diversity management in one's own organisation.
- The student is able to search for and select appropriate tools for implementing diversity management practices.
The student is able to gain a deeper understanding of the different aspects of diversity management in one's own organisation.

- Definition of the term diversity management.
- Framework for diversity management.
- Diversity management as part of the strategic planning and management in one's organisation.
- Diversity management from the viewpoint of personnel strategy and personnel management, including both individual and work community aspects.
- Diversity management with internal and external interest groups.
- Diversity management as part of proactive management work.
- Practical applications of and tools for diversity management.
