In this Study Module Karelia UAS carries out cross-border company projects in cooperation with Russian Partners. Module is a cross-border co-operative study model for the needs of globalizing business environment, which:
- improves the competences of international business among students in Russian Karelia and students at Karelia UAS
- creates new business opportunities for SMEs in Russian Karelia and Karelia in Finland with the help export activities

Beginning of studies consists of briefing of the company cases, team-building, company visits, lectures, and social program. In addition, teams create research plan for the case.

Toteutustavat

In studies applies an activity-based model in which mixed teams of students of the participating institutions accomplish international market research for companies with complementary knowledge base.

Suoritustavat

1. Orientation section (grouping, electronic tools)

2. Lectures / materials / exercises / excursions (knowledge base supporting the assignment)

3. Cases:
- Cooperation with companies (development of products / services for new markets, partnerships)

4 .Hackathon 2-3 days depending on the implementation methods (online or in Petrozavodsk / Joensuu)
