Objective

You can tell about yourself and your job and you can communicate in working life situations. You understand which kind of Swedish knowledge will be needed in the working life. You are able to use the vocabulary and structures of Swedish language in different situations in the working life. You are able to follow actual Swedish media of the field. You are able to write documents needed in your work field.

Content

The content consists of the following areas:
- I Ta kontakt och kommunicera - talking about yourself, work and work tasks, oral and written communication situations in the working life
- II Besök och presentationer - presentation and marketing of the company and its products and services
- III Köp och sälj - business correspondence
- IV Norden kallar - getting to know the Nordic work environment, working life culture

After each unit an oral or written assessment exercise. A written and oral exam at the end of the course.

Qualifications

Opintojakson lähtötaso on B1. Mikäli opiskelijan taitotaso ei ole riittävä, on suositeltavaa suorittaa ensin ruotsin kertaava opintojakso, esim. Karelia ammattikorkeakoulun Svensk klinik Rautalankaruotsia
