Objective

Management
After completing this course the student will understand the importance of operations management and business in different areas of engagement with each other, the different areas of management and control of the significance of the company's business development. After the course the student will be able to take advantage of opiskelemiaan things to different companies in the development.

Law
After the course the student will be able to explain what is working and civil service law. Students are able to list the key legislation to the employment relationship, as well as the main principles. Students are also able to distinguish between the characteristics of the employment relationship and the different employment of Finish. In addition, students will be able to assess the significance of the collective agreement in different working situations.
