Family and Inheritance Law (5cr)

Objective

The student knows the key concepts and the system of family andinheritance law. S/he has general knowledge of the regulations relatingto the family and inheritance law and to other partnerships. The studentknows the legal consequences of marriage and other partnerships duringthe relationship and after its dissolution. S/he also knows theregulations concerning the child´s position in a divorce situation. Thestudent knows the core regulations of the order of succession, theestate administration and distribution and the will. The student knowsthe core content of the guardianship law.
