Objective
After the course the student will be able to explain what is right and what is its importance in society. Students are able to choose the right kinds of legal sources of law to solve problems and apply them to a variety of practical situations. The student will identify the types of companies in Finland occur and their characteristics. Students are able to set up a business information by applying the law . Students are able to explain the Finnish contract law and regulation, the whole contract law principles .
Students are able to explain the key consumer protection and business regulation, the importance of marketing in business and society. The student can make an offer, sale and purchase agreement and a claim. Students can explain the debt ratio to the importance of society, in particular in business.
