Process and project management (5op)

Osaamistavoitteet

The module will consists of theoretical lectures and practical training (excursion). Students will be introduced to the management over the whole project as a process. Further they will get to know participatory planning,conducting a project, leading the process and activating the people, setting the goals, evaluating the results.
