QUALITY ENGINEERING (2,5 ECTS credits)- basic concepts of quality from stone-age to Six Sigma and the most important developers of quality as we now it today - Jot, Lean, Kaizen and similar concepts of making quality- principles of ISO 9000, integrated systems (ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS and similar standards).
