Objective
The student will be able to communicate orally in central situations if social welfare work such as meeting a client, on the phone, solving problems) and to negotiate politely and decently in the everyday communication (meeting a client, negotions, meetings with colleagues and clients). The student is able to discuss themes of social welfare field (various forms of social support and challenging clients) in Swedish using various channels of communication. The student is able to adapt and make use of available information in the Swedish branch publications. The student is able to followactual phenomena in the field of social work via media. The student is able to produce an oral presentation written report and minutes of special themes of social fiel at least at the level of B1.

Client service procedures (for example how to tell about various forms of social intervention, problem-solving)
