Objective
The aim of this course is learn to combine previous learning to tangible pack of skills and demonstrate students ability for strategical thinking. Course targets are to adopt development tools like a continuous improvement (Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, …), lean tools for daily management, process thinking, customer first thinking, leadership for excellency and change management.
During the course students will working as a team plan for actual enterprise case study. Based on study and earlier learnings team will produce deployment plan, with realistic steps and targets, for operational excellence implementation.
During the course we’ll study real life company current status and creating plan for the company to turn to the direction of operational excellence.
