A) Client processes and Service Coordination, Practical Training 11 cr

- You can apply counseling and service guidance approaches in client processes

- You can ssess holistic well-being, functional capacity, and service needs in relation to resources and living environment

- You can interpret RAI data for clients, their loved ones, and interprofessional teams

- You can plan, implement, and evaluate support and service packages through collaboration

- You can coordinate interprofessional work and client-specific service packages

- You can act as a companion and support for older adults in different environments

- You can assess and support the use of assistive devices with other professionals

- You can document according to structured social services practices

- You can apply care, support, rehabilitation, and technology solutions to support participation and well-being



B) Professional Development 1 cr

- You can enhance employability and seek professional contacts

- You can plan time management, prioritize, and take responsibility for study progress

Content

A) Client processes and Service Coordination, Practical Training 11 cr

Attend practicum orientation sessions
