Objective

You are able to define the starting points, purpose and goal-oriented process of customer work in your internship.
You are able to build and work in a professional interaction relationship with customers.
You are able to take into account the special characteristics and needs of customers and support their growth processes.
You are able to select and use appropriate customer-oriented client work methods and tools.
You are able to implement the documentation of client work and understand the basics of structural recording.
