Objective
After completing the course, you will:
-You understand the connection between fundamental rights and social security
-Be familiar with the legal principles related to social and administrative law and their significance in social work
-Know the legislative foundations of the social security system in its key aspects
-You are familiar with the key social law regulations
-Have practiced legal information retrieval and decision-making
-Understand administrative procedures and appeals related to social services, as well as the client’s position in social services
-Recognize legislation as part of your professional competence
