Objective

You will understand philosophical and social science arguments.

-You are able to apply knowledge in the social and educational field.

-You are able to define the social significance of work in the social and educational field.

-You will become familiar with the field of social work from a social point of view.

-You are able to examine the structures, processes and phenomena of society at the level of the individual, communities and society.

Content

In a Bachelor´s Degree in Social Services, the fundamentals of social science are central, as they provide the basis for the work of a social professional.
-Fundamentals of Social Philosophy (freedom, responsibility, and power).
-Fundamentals of Sociology (membership of society and the importance of inclusion in society).
- Basics of Social Policy (welfare policy and welfare and civil society)
-Economic, political, social and cultural significance.
-Sustainable development, a local and global perspective.
