Objective

- You understand the key values, ethical principles, and foundations guiding the care of old people.
- You understand the connection between physiological changes due to aging and the health, well-being, and functional capacity of old people.
- You recognize the impact of memory-related diseases on the health, well-being, and functional capacity of old people.
- You are able to assess, promote, and support the health, well-being, functional capacity, and care and service needs of old people from a resource-based perspective.
- You are able to evaluate the key challenges and specific characteristics of nursing care for old people.
