After completing the course, you will be able to:
- contextualize the ideology and goals of social and health care integration and interdisciplinary collaboration within your own work orientation and professionalism.
- evaluate the benefits, need-based approach, and timeliness of interdisciplinary collaboration in your specific work context, while considering potential conflicts inherent in cross-professional cooperation.
- apply various interdisciplinary tools in your practical work.
- develop new operational models to incorporate interdisciplinary collaboration into your own work.
Analyze the effects of interdisciplinary collaboration from the perspectives of clients, workers, and organizations.
