Objective

After completing the course, you will be able to:

-define active ageing and its prerequisites at micro, mezzo and macro levels
-view multidimensionally different kinds of phenomena affecting wellbeing, health and functional capability of older people
-critically analyze the age and service structures, and the functionality and adequacy of services of different areas in relation to legislation, strategies, recommendations and research data
-apply the principles of human-based development and find ways to involve older people
-apply the principles of research-based development
