After completing the course:
- The student is able to chart the current state of diversity management in one's own organisation and to draw up a plan for the development of diversity management in one's own organisation.
- The student is able to search for and select appropriate tools for implementing diversity management practices.
The student is able to gain a deeper understanding of the different aspects of diversity management in one's own organisation.
