The student deepens his leadership skills in the selected management area. The student recognizes the development needs of their management skills and is able to apply deeper management skills in practice.

Content

The student will become acquainted with specific issues related to management, to be agreed with the responsible teacher.The mode of delivery is competence display. Alternatively, or together with a literature exam, literary-based learning assignments, portfolio, publications, and previously conducted management studies, whose accomplishments are already being utilized or can be utilized in their own work. In addition, the student should develop a reflection of learning and point out the emerging development ideas for continuation.
