Student knows the practices of the life cycle carbon footprint modelling, and the broader context for managing the greenhouse gas emissions. - Standards for the environmental management, life cycle analyses and carbon neutrality (ISO 14000 series)
- Greenhouse gas management, including emission sources, sinks and storages, carbon footprint modelling with life cycle analyses, emission compensations in voluntary and compliance markets, and communicating and reporting the carbon neutrality.
- Climate business: examples of the business activities on greenhouse gas management, including project expertise and administration, verification of carbon sinks and storages / technical consultation, trade of carbon offsets, and climate-neutral business enterprises.
