Objective

Content
This microcredential aims to provide health and social care workers (HSCW) working with older people the necessary skills to communicate effectively with older people, managers of health and social care services, and public authorities, matters relating to climate change and its effect on the health of older people.

The microcredential is implemented as part of the international chAnGE project. The study materials are provided via the Moodle platform of a partner university, which is why you will be directed to Webropol to accept the privacy statement. Without your consent, participation in the course is not possible. Karelia will transfer your name, email address, and information about the selected courses to the partner university. You must begin with the course Climate Change and Its Effects on Older Persons’ Health, as it forms the foundation for the other microcredentials. The course is at EQF level 6 (Bachelor’s degree level).
