Objective

The competence objectives of the course are that the student is able to: examine and analyze the operation of a compressor refrigeration plant, refrigeration machine and heat pumps for heating buildings using log p, h-state drawing and calculation, know the basic design the most common refrigerants and their properties in the design and selection of the cooling system, take into account the design of refrigerant legislation in the design and implementation of cooling systems, the principles of passive cooling solutions and solar protection to prevent overheating of buildings, take into account cooling problems and describe The student is able to dynamically simulate cooling hours and calculate and apply the seasonal and annual cooling coefficient of refrigeration equipment in energy efficiency calculations. The student is able to dimension the vibration insulation of conventional refrigeration equipment

Content

The content of the course consists of knowledge of different cooling systems, dynamic energy calculation and other solutions that affect cooling, such as solar protection.
