Objective

During this study unit You will
- understand the whole production planning of the site and its different levels
- know how to create a task plan for a more demanding work phase
- create task and resource schedules at different levels
- understand the importance of a critical path on a construction site
- know how to synchronize the construction site
- be able to apply site-specific planning on schedule
- be able to apply different control tools as a tool for site management
- assess the risks of time planning

Content

The content of the study unit
- time planning of the apartment building project and time control of production
- synchronization of the molded frame
- scheduling exercises using application programs (TCM Schedule)
- overall synchronization and site design for the site casting site
- preparation of a critical path for an apartment building site
- situation review and remedial action and risk analysis by simulation
- task planning according to Ratu instructions for element installation and in-situ casting frame with risk analysis
