On completion of the course, you will be familiar with the design principles and dimensioning practices for reinforced concrete structures and reinforcement. You will also be able to design concrete structures in fracture mode.

- Concrete and reinforced concrete as a building material
- mechanical behaviour and modelling of reinforced concrete structures
- durability of concrete structures, load classes, concrete cover and crack widths
- design and dimensioning of structural elements in fracture mode.
