Objective

Students are able to:
Apply the finnish Employment Contract law to the contractual relationship between the employer and the employee.
Know the regulations of working time and annual leave.
Students know the regulations of the cooperation within undertakings.
Understand the goals of self-awareness and self-management needed in managerial tasks. Understand the status and the tasks of manager as an team or workplace leader.
Are familiar with the goals and practices of the development discussions and able to identify and solve challenging situations in the workplace
