Objectives:
The student understands the importance of interaction in developing the functioning and well-being of the working community. The student knows how to use his own interaction skills as a member and representative of the work community in a professional and comprehensible manner and knows how to take into account the requirements of the recipient, the situation and his field. The student knows how to apply his knowledge in various interaction situations in working life. The student recognizes the influence of his own emotions on his own actions in various interaction situations.

The course is implemented in multiple formats. The course includes four online lessons, otherwise you study independently in an online environment according to the goals. Learning tasks: writing essay-type texts on four subject areas.
