Objective
Students will learn about the activities of the Karelia Business Academy, the weekly practices of the multidisciplinary team learning environment and the key tools and approaches of team pedagogy. Students will be introduced to students' Cooperative. Students will become attached to the Cooperatives of the Business Academy and shadow team entrepreneurs in their practical activities. Students will learn how to work in a team and how to develop the team's activities in a goal-oriented way. They will know the key stakeholders of their team and the importance of networking in business. The student knows the main sources of business information and is able to use them. The student understands the operating models that strengthen the team's activities and develops new practices that take the team forward.
Content
Students will share their own learning experiences in the course's own dialogue exercises. During the course, students will develop their own business idea/project which will also be implemented with other exchange students.
The total number of credits for the course is determined by the workload of the student and the student will record his/her working hours in the Teamwork timesheet.

Teaching methods
The student gets acquainted with the activities of Karelia UAS’s Business Academy (Y-akatemia), with weekly practices of multidisciplinary team learning and utilizing key tools and operating models of team pedagogy. The student become acquainted with co-operative entrepreneurship. The student attaches to the Business Academy’s co-operatives and overshadow the team entrepreneurs in their practical activities. The student is able to work in a team and purposefully develop the team's activities further. The student knows the key stakeholders of his/her own team and the importance of networking in business. The student knows the main sources of business information and is able to use them. The student understands the operating models that strengthen the team's activities and develops new practices that take the team forward.
In addition to this, the student shares his/her own learning experiences in the course's own dialogue exercises. During the study, you develop your own business idea/project, which is also implemented with other exchange students.
The total number of points in the course is 10op. The student learns to use different project programs, for example using Teamwork Projects to make working time entries for hourly accounting.
