Osaamistavoitteet
The students will learn the concepts, methods, and applications of digital twins and system simulation in industrial engineering as well as the benefits and limitations.
Students will learn how to use digital representations of physical systems in order design, analyze, and optimize industrial processes and systems.
The course cover System Simulation in a broad context to cover production lines, welding robots, warehousing automation, and other operations
The course combines theoretical foundations with practical case studies and hands-on simulation tools to equip students with the skills needed to apply digital twin technology in modern industrial environments.
