Objective
During the course the student learns the concept and implementation of practical business process management in an organisation.
Student learns to apply operational efficiency to analyse, optimize and improve business processes to gain efficiency, reliability and customer value through standardized key processes of an organisation and the whole supply chain.
Student analyses the current state and identifies areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability. Student learns how to set targets to improve the process and is able to implement correct methods to reach these targets. Student selects the metrics to indicate the effectiveness of the improvement actions and calculates the outcome of implemented changes.
Student also learns how customer value can be measured in processes and is able to critically evaluate the outcome and produced value of the new process.
